AN EVENING OF MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING
As the seasons shift and the light returns, spring gently invites us to open… to expand… and to reconnect with ourselves in a deeper way.
Join me and Carol for an intimate evening designed to help you pause, breathe, and softly unfold into the next chapter of you. Through guided meditation, immersive sound healing and gentle energy work, we will create space to release what feels heavy… reconnect with your inner calm… and awaken the parts of yourself ready to emerge this season.

You do not need experience with meditation or Reiki — simply a willingness to slow down and receive. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the evening personal and nurturing.
Floating sound journey
Held in a private pool just outside Avebury, this is a quiet, immersive sound experience shaped by water, warmth and stillness.
You’ll be supported onto a floating lounger and gently guided into relaxation through a meditation before the sound journey begins. Resting on the surface of the water, the body is fully held and supported, allowing muscles to soften and the breath to deepen.
Sound travels differently through water than it does through air. The vibration carries beneath and around you, creating a sense of being enveloped in tone.
The experience includes 60 minutes in the water within a 75-minute session, with time at the end to return slowly and ground. Herbal tea and a sweet treat will be offered afterwards as part of the closing.
With only eight spaces available, this is an intimate and unhurried gathering.
For safety reasons, participants must be confident swimmers and comfortable in a pool environment.
Indoor floating sessions paused untill early september. we are making the most of the summer by floating outside on a natural lake. Please do get in touch to find out more about the outdoor summer sessions.
Sound journey in the yurt
Now the weather has warmed up, I’m excited to return to the beautiful yurt at Stockley Lane for our next Sound Journey session.
Nestled in nature and held in the grounding energy of the earth, this space is really special — a chance to slow down and feel supported by the earth around you.
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation, flowing into an immersive sound journey designed to help you relax and sink into deep rest, allowing your body’s natural intelligence to journey and hold you in the way that you need.
Afterwards, stay a little longer as we gather for tea and a sweet treat together.

Nurturing flow and sound journey at Hot Pod yoga studio Marlborough
Join us in the hot pod in Marlborough for an immersive experience of movement and deep rest.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of nurturing flow to awaken the body and build heat from within, followed by a nourishing sound journey designed to calm the mind and settle the spirit.
Enjoy a warming herbal drink and snack as you ground yourself after the session. Leave the pod feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and warmed to your core.

A sound journey is a deeply rejuvenating submersion in sound. I use gongs, Himalayan bowls and other instruments to weave together a sonic soundscape. Lie down, close your eyes and let this experience be exactly what you need it to be.

Come with no expectations, each of you will have a personal experience.
You may feel physical sensations in the body, like you are floating. The vibrations may release some emotions. Many people feel sleepy and tired afterward. Some feel like they have had an out of body experience.
You are your own healer and the experience will be exactly what you need it to be at the time.
